Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Garment Engineering or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in garment manufacturing.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
