Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end to end hiring processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding of new hires.

  • Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and internal policies, maintain HR compliance records

  • Assist in organizing and tracking internal and external training programs, maintain training records, and support employee development initiatives across departments

  • Respond to employee queries and concerns, support conflict resolution processes 

  • Help coordinate engagement activities and feedback surveys

  • Maintain leave and attendance records, and assist in payroll administration

  • Provide HR administrative support, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and HR file management 

  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure documentation is up to date  

  • Help implement performance evaluations by tracking deadlines, distributing evaluation forms, and collecting performance data for analysis and decision-making

  • Prepare reports on archiving activities and compliance for management review. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 - 4 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate 

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
