We are seeking a motivated and skilled Machine Operator (Assistant Mechanic) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a background in general mechanics and hands-on experience operating or maintaining industrial machinery. The role involves assisting senior mechanics in machine setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Experience in preform production factories or as a mechanic on injection molding machines will be a strong plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines to maintain smooth workflow.

• Assist senior mechanics in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Ensure machines are properly cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted for optimal performance.

• Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities promptly to the supervisor.

• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the work area.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Graduate of TVET in General Mechanic

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the same position

• Advantageous: Experience in preform production factories or as a mechanic on injection molding machines will be a strong plus.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.

• Willing to work both day shift and night shift as assigned.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
