Position Summary:

Bella Healthcare is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Supplies and Devices Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical products, maintaining strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and wholesalers, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical devices and supplies market through proactive prospecting and networking.

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices and supplies to healthcare institutions by delivering clear product knowledge and value propositions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and provide post-sale support and follow-ups to maintain client trust and loyalty.

  • Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses, including:

  • Monthly and quarterly sales performance updates compared against targets.

  • Detailed client activity logs, product movement reports, and pipeline tracking.

  • Market trend analysis and competitor intelligence to support management decisions.

  • Recommendations on pricing, promotions, and sales strategy improvements.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management and strategic client engagement.

  • Provide continuous feedback on market trends, customer preferences, product performance, and competitor activities to the management team.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

  • Commission: Attractive commission based on sales performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).

  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in medical devices and supplies sales.

  • Established professional relationships with wholesalers and healthcare institutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
