Bella Healthcare is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full tendering process—identifying opportunities, preparing documents, and ensuring full compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements—to support the company’s business growth in medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor relevant tenders from government, NGO, and private healthcare sectors related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and supplies.
Prepare and compile complete tender documents, including both technical and financial proposals, in accordance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
Review tender documents carefully to ensure compliance with all specifications, terms, and conditions.
Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments to collect technical data sheets, certifications, and pricing details.
Maintain organized records of tender documents, submission history, results, and feedback.
Follow up on submitted tenders and support the implementation of awarded contracts.
Prepare periodic tender performance and market analysis reports for management review.
Collaborate with management to develop competitive pricing and tender strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacy (mandatory).
Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in tender preparation or bid management, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical import and distribution.
Strong understanding of tender procedures, documentation, and procurement guidelines.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict submission deadlines.
