Duties and Responsibilities

1. Based on the audit work assigned to him/her by the Director, he plans the start of each work, the time it will take, other resources needed for the work, and the time each work will be completed; 

2. When the plan is approved and returned, he discusses the plan with the audit team and prepares the executors to enable the audit work to be carried out at the expected cost and quality level; 

3. Before the start of the audit, he/she prepares a discussion agenda to hold an audit introductory meeting with the senior officers and managers of the Enterprise, informs the date and time of the discussion to those who will participate in the discussion, takes minutes during the meeting and makes the participants sign them. 

4. Information to help prepare and improve operational audit strategic plan through survey, Provides input to the Audit Director by gathering information from the media, research documents, websites and other sources; 

5. For a detailed audit, using the problems identified in the survey, the basis of the specific audit environment and other additional resources, it identifies two to four focus areas of the audit, including economy, efficiency and success (The three E's); 

6. Determines the time and scope of the detailed audit according to the operation internal audit manual and according to the actual situation of the audit area. 

7. Monitors whether the seniors respond within the specified time frame to comment on the detailed criteria, and when they ask for clarification, he/she gives answers together with the team members. 

8. On the basis of the preliminary assessments conducted, he/she prepares the final proposal that can be reached if the audit is carried out for each criteria list prepared; Prepares proposals for possible improvements to those deemed to be negative conclusions; 

9. If expert support is required from outside the audit team for the detailed audit, he/she will identify the work he/she wants to be done by the expert and jointly prepare it, and submit the request to the Director to hire the appropriate expert

Job Requirements

bachelor’s of Art degree in Accounting and Finance with 3 years of relevant experience.
