About the Hotel 

The row residential hotel is a premier hospitality destination in Addis Ababa, offering world-class service, luxurious accommodations, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and drive guest engagement. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Managing staff, ensuring cleanliness, inspecting areas for quality, managing inventory, and handling guest issues. 

•  Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, motivate the team, and handle staff scheduling and absences. 

•  Conduct orientation and refresher training on cleaning procedures, safety, hygiene standards, and equipment usage. 

•  Distribute daily assignments based on occupancy levels and special requests. 

•  Regularly check guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms for cleanliness and adherence to standards. 

•  Order supplies when needed and maintain organized storage area

Job Requirements

 🎓 Qualifications 

•  Degree or diploma in hotel operation, COC Level 1 in housekeeping. 

•  Experience: 3 year and above experience in a hotel.
