Position Title: Receptionist

Location: Addis Ababa

Reports To: Procurement & Admin Director

Employment: Permanent

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that company-wide events are effectively planned, well-organized, and executed smoothly to achieve their intended objectives.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence both internally and externally.

  • Maintain all incoming and outgoing EIH official communications.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory of reception areas.

  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Job Requirement

Qualification Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Front Desk Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in reception management, client service, and coordinating appointments and events

Competencies Required

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
