Location: Addis Ababa

Reports To: Talent Director

Employment: Permanent

Therefore, Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) invites applications from qualified and competent candidates who meet the following criteria.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning strategies aligned with EIH goals.

  • Oversee the full cycle of training programs from need analysis to delivery and post training evaluations.

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track usage and generate performance reports.

  • Liaise with internal and external trainers to source and customize content.

  • Monitor learning and development budget and resources allocations.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in managing learning management system, training evaluation and preparing learning & development strategy.

Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in learning management system (LMS)

  • Familiarity with different learning impact evaluation methods

  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders in the area.
