F&B Quantity Staff (Food & Beverage Quantity Officer)

Position: F&B Quantity Staff

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented F&B Quantity Staff to manage and monitor food and beverage quantities, assist in inventory management, and ensure accurate recording for cost control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calculate and monitor quantities of food and beverages.

• Assist in inventory tracking and procurement planning.

• Prepare reports on usage, wastage, and stock levels.

• Collaborate with kitchen and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B inventory or quantity calculation is preferred.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
