Position: Restaurant Supervisor

• We are seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the restaurant team efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate daily activities.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams.

• Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
