LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem, Hawassa and Bahir Dar. We are looking to recruit a qualified candidate on behalf of our client.
We are seeking highly qualified, experienced Master's level consultants to deliver high-impact, youth-focused training sessions under the Prospect 2.0 project. This initiative aims to build the leadership, civic engagement, and organizational capacity of adolescents and young people (ages 15–24) from both displaced (Refugees, IDPs) and host communities.
We are recruiting experts in the following eight thematic areas for multiple deployments across the four target regions:

Key Responsibilities
Develop or contextualize high-quality, youth-friendly training manuals and PPTs based on approved content.
Deliver engaging, participatory, and gender-responsive training sessions to youth groups.
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gain.
Submit comprehensive training reports, including attendance, key outcomes, and high-resolution photos/testimonials (with consent) within 3-5 days post-session.
Coordinate closely with our Client and team on logistics and content validation.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in the specific field of expertise (e.g., Development Studies, Law, Communication, Environmental Studies, etc.).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and delivering youth-focused projects or training in development/humanitarian contexts
Mandatory Experience: Proven experience working with and delivering training to displaced people (Refugees/IDPs) and in war-affected areas.
Desirable Experience: Experience in the integration of displaced populations into host community activities.
Skills: Proven expertise in participatory facilitation methods that actively engage youth. Experience training youth-led organizations is a strong asset.
Regional Context: Proven ability to deploy and work effectively in the specified regions is highly desirable.
