Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Enters into negotiation of terms and conditions of orders under the guidance of Procurement Officers - Analyzes the potential of suppliers vis-à-vis pre-evaluation criteria set by the organization and advice the Chief Procurement Officer accordingly. - Assists in raising Purchase Orders and ensures that the funds are obligated.
