Role Summary :- The ERP Specialist II is a senior-level technical contributor responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous enhancement of Companies enterprise ERP platform. This role demands deep functional and technical expertise across ERP modules, data governance, and business process automation. Working under the Head of Enterprise Systems and Applications, the ERP Specialist II plays a pivotal role in ensuring ERP systems deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and compliance across multi-sector operations.

Main Duties & Responsibility 

• Lead advanced configuration and customization of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Asset, Quality) to meet evolving business requirements across subsidiaries.

• Design and deploy complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI tools to drive strategic decision-making and operational visibility.

• Diagnose and resolve high-impact ERP issues, ensuring system reliability, performance, and minimal business disruption.

• Deliver expert-level support and training to end-users, department leads, and functional teams to maximize ERP adoption and ROI.

• Collaborate with ERP Specialist III, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process optimization strategies.

• Drive ERP upgrades, module expansions, and data migrations with full lifecycle ownership—from planning and testing to deployment and stabilization.

• Maintain robust ERP documentation, including technical specifications, configuration logs, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Stay ahead of ERP platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure system scalability and relevance.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

Education :-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP platform is required.

• Deep understanding of ERP architecture, module interdependencies, and enterprise data flows.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP customization, workflow automation, and cross-module integration.

• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, SQL).

Experience:- 

• Minimum of 7 years (BSc) or 5 years (MSc) of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.

• Experience in ERP testing methodologies: functional, integration, regression, and UAT.

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern software development practices.

Skills :- 

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user support 

• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues related to the ERP system 

• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system configurations 

• Excellent customer service and user support skills to ensure a positive user experience with the ERP system 

• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to contribute to cross-functional initiatives
