As a General Technician, you will be responsible for the routine and corrective maintenance of building’s essential electrical and plumbing infrastructure. Your work will ensure the continuous and safe operation of the facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairs on lighting systems, switches, sockets, and other general electrical fixtures.

  • Diagnose and rectify minor electrical faults.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Plumbing Maintenance:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, toilets, sinks, and faucets.

  • Clear blockages and address leaks in a timely manner.

  • Inspect and maintain water supply and drainage systems.

• General Duties:

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

  • Assist with other general facility maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician, plumber, or general maintenance technician, with strong practical skills in both electrical and plumbing trades.

• Relevant technical certification or vocational training is highly desirable.

• Solid knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make effective repairs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
