Job Description

Base Real Estate is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing sales team in Addis Ababa.

We’re looking for a mid-level professional who already has experience in real estate or property-related sales, is confident in managing client portfolios, and can independently drive deals from prospecting to closing. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and generate qualified leads through referrals, digital channels, and professional networks.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers and investors; provide expert advice based on client needs and financial capacity.

  • Property Showings & Presentations: Conduct professional property tours and presentations, effectively showcasing investment value and lifestyle potential.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure; negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitive activities; share insights to strengthen client trust and sales strategies.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and follow-up.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and sales performance to the Sales Team Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.(or prior proven experience in such areas)

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in real estate or high-value product sales (experience in Addis Ababa real estate market is a strong advantage).

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relations, and real estate documentation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Amharic and English.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, Goggle Suite, and social media platforms.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, including weekends when necessary.
