Education Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing technical designs and structural analyses for scaffolding projects, often using CAD software and conducting site surveys. - Ensuring scaffolding is designed and erected according to relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) and Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations. - Identifying and mitigating potential hazards associated with scaffolding, developing control measures to minimize risks. - Overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, coordinating with construction teams and clients. - Providing technical advice and support on scaffolding-related matters, acting as a point of contact for scaffolding knowledge and product expertise.

Place of work: Any where in Ethiopia Duties & Responsibilities: - Conducts and manages activities to conceptualize, evaluate alternatives and receive approvals for project implementation - Defines project work scopes, coordinates with permitting and public/private utility agencies, collects and reviews project documentation, performs field data collection, analyzes alternatives and prepares recommendations and applications. Create and maintain BIM software template files to assure standards - Prepares agendas, leads, and participates in project and construction meetings. Participates in regular on-site contractor meetings to discuss project schedule and milestones

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, design and oversee structural design of roadways, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure such as roads, airports, bridges. - Oversee geotechnical investigations and integrate findings into design solutions. - Review and approve detailed engineering drawings and BOQs. - Ensure compliance with national and international design standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes). - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, hydrology, and traffic engineers. - Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site-related structural issues. - Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and value engineering proposals
