Job Description

To manage and oversee contract administration for construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and minimizing project risks. Responsibilities include drafting scopes of work, resolving contractor claims, monitoring contract compliance, conducting meetings, and preparing project reports. The role also involves supporting the Project Manager and ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent with one year experience as Construction Contract Administrator or relevant experience

Place of  Work: Head Office
