BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 1 years Experience in Construction company is Advantageous (Excellency written and verbal communication skill of Affan Oromo is mandatory)

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.  - Conduct legal research and prepare a legal memo on regulatory issues affecting the mining sector.  - Monitor compliance with mining, environmental, labor, and corporate laws. 

LLB Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

LLM or LLB Degree in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Commercial Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel to management and employees on various matters, interpreting laws and regulations.  - Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.  - Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and help develop policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
