Job Requirement

Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Entomology, horticulture or related field. Master’s degree preferred with a minimum of 7 years related experience out of this 2 years working as Head.

• Proven experience in crop protection or pest management roles within horticulture farms, preferably in Rose farm.

• Strong understanding of integrated pest management (IPM) principles and practices.

• Knowledge of common pests and diseases affecting flower crops, as well as effective control measures.

• Familiarity with pesticide regulations, safety protocols, and environmental stewardship principles.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of rose cultivation practices.

• Budget management and financial planning.

• Commendable verbal and written communications skills – English language

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
