MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the design of metal structures, fabricated assemblies, and custom engineering products using CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor). - Review client specifications, drawings, and tenders to prepare detailed shop drawings and BOMs. - Develop standard product design templates and ensure design standardization across product lines (trusses, control panels, brackets, racks, etc.). - Approve engineering drawings for production and ensure manufacturability, quality, and safety compliance.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct capacity studies using bar charts and frequency sheets.                   - Monitor line balancing, absenteeism, and manpower allocation.                   - Perform time & motion studies for each operation and update SMV data.
