Job Requirement

Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience: 

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or a related fields with a Minimum of ten years’ progressive experience in the floriculture sector with at least 5 years of working as farm manager at preferably in rose or flower farming.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• In-depth knowledge of rose cultivation practices.

• Understanding of pest and disease management.

• Budget management and financial planning.

• Proficient in the use of farm management software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
