• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports under supervision.

• Conduct field visits, inspections, and surveys to collect data and ensure project compliance.

• Support in estimating project costs, materials, and resource requirements.

Mandatory Criteria to Apply for

• Assistant Officer and Engineer Applicants should have at least “B” (70 and above) in Physics, English, Mathematics, and “C” (50 and above) in two other subjects obtained in the Ethiopian Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (ESSLCE) or Entrance exam Certificate.

• Applicants must submit their Grade 8 Ministry Card, Grade 10 Certificate and Grade 12 Entrance Exam Certificate.

• The selected trainees will be paid pocket money as per ESL seagoing applicable salary scale throughout the training period.

• Selected candidates must provide a Medical Examination Fit/Unfit Report from a medical examiner authorized by the Ethiopian Maritime Authority (EMA) for seafarers.

• Successful Trainees will be considered for permanent employment after completing pre- and post-sea trainings and obtaining their COCs.
