Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the hypermarket.

  • Effectively lead and motivate employees to maximize performance.

  • Monitor inventory levels and the overall appearance of the hypermarket.

  • Develop strategies to attract more customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Handle complaints, inquiries, and other customer service-related issues.

  • Enforce company policies on safety and security.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • BSc Degree in Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
