Job Title:- Sr. personnel expert (Human resource department)

Work place:- Bulbula integrated agro industry park, Zeway, Oromia regional state

Required quantity:- 01 

Salary:- as per company scale 

Key role and responsibility:-

  • Policy and procedure development: Create, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Employee relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance matters.

  • Talent acquisition: Lead recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.

  • Legal and compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Performance management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Compensation and benefits: Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs.

  • Training and development: Develop and implement training strategies and mentor junior HR staff.

  • Data and analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Strategic support: Advise management on HR best practices and support organizational change initiatives.

  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

Job Requirements

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard; a Master's degree is often preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience is typically required, with some positions specifying 5+ years in a senior role or at least 2 years as a personnel specialist.
