Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage company files, letters, and HR documents both in hard and soft copy.

  • Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes in clear and professional English.

  • Assist in HR-related tasks including recruitment, employee records, and attendance management.

  • Support administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing and retrieval of company documents.

  • Provide general office support and assist with other duties assigned by the HR department.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

  • Female applicants only.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields (other fields are also acceptable).

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.

  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Active, confident, and disciplined personality with strong organizational skills.
