Job Title: Head of Finance

Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Finance to lead all financial and accounting operations. The role involves overseeing the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with tax and audit requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information through verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of transactions.

• Conduct regular account reconciliations (monthly or quarterly).

• Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

• Manage intercompany transactions, review bank statements, and generate invoices.

• Review and improve accounting systems and internal controls.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist in tax filings and audits, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.

• Develop and implement financial procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Prepare and summarize financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.

• Present detailed financial reports and insights to senior management.

• Stay updated on the latest financial and business trends.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance supervisory role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, Tally ERP, etc.).

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial tools.

• Strong understanding of tax compliance and filing regulations.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
