The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the café’s daily operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and overall business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise all branch operations, including customer service, HR, administration, and sales.

• Train, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and productivity.

• Manage the branch budget with attention to cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Evaluate performance metrics to identify challenges and growth opportunities.

• Adjust strategies to fit local market needs and boost sales.

• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Address customer complaints promptly and maintain a high satisfaction rate.

• Oversee raw material usage and ensure proper ERP system documentation.

• Collaborate with department leads to deliver effective training programs.

• Implement corrective actions based on inspection and performance reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management.

• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience managing a team and achieving sales and operational targets.

• Fluency in English is required.
