Job Description

Location: Tulefa 

Salary : negotiation 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture. 

  • Performance Management: Assist in developing performance evaluation processes and provide support during appraisals.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and manage employee records with confidentiality. 

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.

  •  HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve business processes and enhance employee experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR or a related field is a plus! 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to speak a chinese language.

  • Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
