Job Description

As the Receptionist at BASE Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication across departments. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and strong communication skills will help create an exceptional first impression for all visitors and clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent command of English and Amharic (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in Goggle suit (Docs ,calendar, forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of a Degree; additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently and courteously.

Administrative & Communication Support:

  • Receive, record, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.

  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors in person, via phone, or email.

  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as required.

Team & Office Support:

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability.

  • Support the sales and marketing teams with basic administrative needs.

  • Uphold company confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
