Duties & Responsibilities: 

Main Responsibilities of Health and Hygiene Supervisor/Manager

•  Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and other hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any sanitation issues promptly.

• Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in accordance with environmental regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

• Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and safety breaches, and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and deliver training programs on hygiene, sanitation, and safety for all hotel staff.

• Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

• Degree & above in related fields of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Food safety management, Public Safety, and related fields.

• 3 years’ & above hotel Experience is a mandatory.

• You can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• You are organized and possess a high attention to detail.

• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
