Job Requirements

Software Skills:

• High attention to detail & accuracy in data entry, strong analytical & problem solving skill Good communication skill to support staff and collaborate with different department, team play with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in IT support, data entry, or a related role is preferred.

Education:

• A College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information (IT), computer science, Information system, or related field. 

• Additional Certification in data Entry, IT Support or Network Administration is an advantage.

Technical skills: 

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.  

• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, power point) Google Workspace, and database management systems. 

• Experience with IT troubleshooting, networking, and hardware/software installation. 

• Basic knowledge of SQL database and data management tools. 

• Familiarity with hospital management software or emergency dispatch systems (preferred but not required). 

• Understanding of cyber security principles and data protection.
