Maraki English is a fast-growing language school dedicated to helping learners improve their English communication skills through engaging, practical, and personalized lessons. With both in-person and online classes, we provide flexible learning experiences tailored to each student’s needs.The English Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering interactive English lessons to students of various levels. The role involves fostering a communicative and supportive environment that promotes student confidence, fluency, and progress. This position exists to ensure that every learner achieves measurable improvement in their English language skills while enjoying the process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver well-structured English lessons using communicative and student-centered approaches.

• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

• Design and assign classwork, homework, and assessments aligned with course goals.

• Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, and content development projects.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and engagement.

• Support students’ language development through regular interaction, motivation, and follow-up.

• Undertake other related duties as reasonably assigned by the Academic Supervisor or Branch Manager.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (online or in-person).

• TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong command of English (B2/C1 level preferred).

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to use technology effectively for teaching.

• Creativity, adaptability, and passion for student success.
