The Deputy General Manager is a management-level position, serving as second in command to the General Manager, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions to ensure smooth operations and organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• MSc/BSc/MA/BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields

• Minimum of 8/10 years relevant experience, preferably in steel manufacturing

• Proven leadership and managerial skills

• Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
