Position: Production and Technic Manager
Location: Adama

The Production and Technic Manager will oversee the entire production and technical process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• MSc/BSc/MA/BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

• Minimum of 6/8 years relevant experience, preferably in steel manufacturing

• Strong leadership and planning skills

• Proven ability to optimize production processes and ensure technical excellence

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
