Position: Motor Winder
Location: Akaki/Gelan
Salary: Negotiable

The Motor Winder is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and building the coils inside electric motors, generators, and transformers to restore or ensure optimal performance and reliability of electrical equipment.

Job Requirements

• Level IV and above in Electricity or any related field of study

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

• Strong technical knowledge of electric motors and winding processes

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical machinery

• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
