Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will manage a team of employees, ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop.

  • Manage and guide workshop employees to achieve performance goals.

  • Ensure all automotive services are performed accurately and efficiently.

  • Monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Schedule and allocate tasks to technicians and other staff.

  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and processes.

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Prepare reports on workshop performance and service metrics.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automobile service industry.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. –

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
