The Procurement Head – NPI will lead and manage the sourcing and procurement of non-production items/ indirect materials essential to business operations. These include office supplies, services, marketing materials, facility management, and other operational expenditures that support day-to-day business functions. The role ensures cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining high service quality across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, source, and procure non-production goods and services (office supplies, utilities, marketing, service contracts, etc.) in line with company requirements and budgets.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Work closely with finance, administration, HR, and other functions to forecast and manage indirect procurement needs.
• Oversee and manage service contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal obligations.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets, reports, and periodic performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree or higher in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior or managerial role overseeing indirect or non-production procurement, preferably in an FMCG or large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and ERP system proficiency.
