Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible to develop business plan, execute all operational duties in the business unit. Device the regular and special event menu, production, service style and ensures compliance with the food safety and sanitation standards, and coordinates service staff during peak periods to improve efficiency. The Operations Manager is committed to enhancing guest and employee satisfaction, optimizing financial performance, supervising team members, managing employee performance, upholding customer service standards, and coordinating across departments to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills including verbal and written communications in English language.

  • Excellent customer service skills and passionate in the hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in financial management, analysis, budgeting practices and strategic decisions.

  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders

  • Capable in event planning and catering skills.

  • Strong conflict management skills.
