Duties and Responsibilities

• Control the Company’s vehicles’ GPS tracking system and generate detail performance report;

• Monitor the drivers are using the correct routes to reach appropriate destination / location at all times; if not meeting targets communicate the drivers and give direction accordingly;

• Monitor driver’s driving performance in relation to speeding, standing time, green band driving, idling, coasting, rapid cornering, harsh breaking and acceleration, fuel consumption and economical driving through;

• Brief drivers on operational requirements and communicate daily targets;

• Monitor and ensure that the fleet operation is done in compliance with rules and regulations and Company standards and work schedules;

• Ensure that the computerized fleet reporting system is maintained and updated;

• Assist the Fleet Controller in supervising and ensuring the safe running and efficient daily fleet performance;

Job Requirements

• College Diploma or Level 4 Diploma in IT, Management or related field.

• 1 - 2 years of Experience. 

Experience on Fleet Management is Preferable. 

Very Good Computer skill especially in GPS system
