Job Description

You will assist in everyday logistics operations, handling local shipments end-to-end under supervision, preparing documentation, tracking, communicating with clients, and ensuring accuracy in records

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage local shipments (assignment, dispatch, tracking) and Prepare documentation for local shipments & payments

  • Maintain accurate records of local Shipment operation.

  • rate negotiation (local carriers) and Report to Operation manager

  • Communicate with clients about delays / solutions and report operational status.

  • Support payment collection from client and transporter payments

  • Integrate with marketing department on sourcing and pricing issue

  • Perform others assigned tasks by Operation manager

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, logistics or related field (or relevant experience).

  • 0–2 years’ experience in logistics or operations preferred
