Define the probable happened hazards and classify in accordance to degree of its momentous from the applied activities inside the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Issue Work instructions for how to prevent/minimize the harmful effect of hazards;

• Define needs of personnel protection means;

• To save personnel protection means in accordance to present plan;

• Distributes protection means to different departments;

• Conducts training for employees in the factory how to use protective devices and how to keep on; 

• Define fire extinguisher equipment request;

• Assist fire extinguisher professionals in extinguisher distribution;

• Issue work instruction in collaboration with fire extinguisher professional how to deal with fire and using extinguisher equipment;

• Issues a pass plan on extinguisher devices;

• Follow the maintenance, fill, charge and disposal of extinguisher devices;

• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.         

• Organize test in front of customer before giving the product to the customer.

• Control Drums starting from the moment of its receipt from production until delivery to store.

• Follow-up damaged cables to be repaired, re-tested and added to stores if they are ok.

• Analysis the causes of breakdowns that occur during testing.

• Personnel training to raise technical skills.

• Secure electrical lab and test site to confirm the safety of staff members.

• Provide certification for final test results.

• Prepare monthly and annual reports.

• Analyze results of the statistics for continuous improvement.

• Take corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and report annual problems occurred in the section.

• Take corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

• A screening committee member on purchased materials to the section.

• Co-ordinate with other sections.

• Revise essential screening before receiving cables that were sent from sister companies.

• Supervising engineer, supervisor and technicians.

• Follow-up activities in the section.

• Follow-up administrative affairs of the employees under him.

• understand and strive to achieve quality policy and environmental policy of the company as well as new policies in the area of employment.

• be familiar with applicable requirements of the administrative systems of the company

• Under supervision conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according implemented QHSE management system & ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 45001(the frequently as per internal audit plan)

• Participate in preparation of audit report and audit records (check lists/ NCRs)

• Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness 

• Fulfill the customer requirements against quality assurance requirements within agreed time as per SOP 

• Responsible for arrange with depts. to pass the customer audits 

• Responsible for training / awareness sessions to employ for QHSE Management system&   ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Quality assurance policies and procedures 

• Conduct unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directions

• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

• Assure on-going compliance with quality & industry regulatory requirements.

• Fulfill customer documentation requirements due date & Client Questionnaire 

• Responsible for handling customer complaints with related departments

• Responsible to follow up correction and corrective actions from customer complaints with related departments

• Personal guide with customers during their visits

• Any other tasks which related to work and are asked by Quality Assurance Manager

• Follow up System/Product/ customer approval processes

Job Requirements

Qualification & Education:

Education:  BA/BSc degree in Management, Health, Economics or any other related field;

Years of Experience:   A minimum of 3 years in the field

Language:   Good English communication 

Computer skills:  Microsoft office / CRM – Oracle is a plus
