We are looking for a qualified and motivated Assistant Coffee Laboratory Worker to join our coffee quality and research team. The position involves assisting in sample preparation, grading, and laboratory analysis of coffee to ensure high-quality standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, passionate about coffee, and eager to contribute to a professional laboratory environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the collection, preparation, roasting, grinding, and cupping of coffee samples.
Support the quality analysis, grading, and documentation of coffee attributes.
Ensure laboratory equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and calibrated.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
Collaborate with senior laboratory staff on daily operations and reporting.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols within the lab environment.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related field (required).

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the coffee industry.
Experience in a coffee or food testing laboratory is an asset, but not mandatory.
