We are seeking a future-focused Junior or Experienced Full Stack Developer to support the maintenance and ongoing development of our web application and mobile app. This role is ideal for a developer who wants to contribute meaningfully, build long-term products, and grow with an organization that values innovation and scalability.

The position starts as a remote part-time/4 hours a day/ and with working hours from after 6 pm Ethiopian Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the entire software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support.

• Maintain and improve existing web and mobile applications with a focus on performance, security, and clean architecture.

• Apply and enforce best practices for frontend and backend development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

• Ensure responsive design and an optimal user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-company technical initiatives.

• Analyze project requirements, define accurate timelines, and deliver on agreed milestones.

• Contribute to team knowledge, workflow improvement, and positive collaboration culture.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting Salary:  25,000/13k part time/- 35,000/17K- part time/ Birr per Month  based on experience and skill

• Transportation and Project Based Allowance 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with the MERN Stack and Flutter or React Native for mobile applications.

• Strong proficiency in AI tools and workflows, including ChatGPT, prompt engineering, and integrating AI-powered services.

• Solid programming skills across frontend and backend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and related modern languages.

• At least 1 year of experience with contemporary frontend and backend frameworks.

• Experience working with telecom-related applications and WordPress is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, and external tools.

• Ability to optimize applications for performance, efficiency, and scalability.

• Experience collaborating effectively with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
