Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Service and Tourism Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: -  Assist clients with inquiries, hall viewings, and booking details. - Coordinate event timelines, floor plans, and requirements. - Work closely with the Event Manager, hall staff, kitchen team, and vendors. - Support the setup of hall arrangements (tables, décor, setup) - Confirm catering orders and ensure accurate menu details. - Be present during events to assist with guest needs and handle issues quickly. - Maintain communication with clients before and during their event. - Oversee checklists, schedules, and event-day logistics. - Ensure the hall is prepared before each event and properly closed after. Required Skills: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events are scheduled. - Knowledge of catering or banquet operations is a bonus.
