Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in adapting the Adolescent girls Curriculum to the local community context. - Develop monthly and weekly activity plans for mentors. - Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities, including assessments and surveys.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, and Development Studies, Special needs, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure the implementation of the project according to the working plan and execute project activities to ensure timely completion and achievement of expected results. - Implement appropriate and timely monitoring, evaluation, and reporting procedures for the project.  - Maintain records of significant achievements and overall project activity progress, and properly file project documents.
