Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

  • Support users with system access, email setup, and password management.

  • Monitor network performance and report connectivity problems.

  • Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and documentation.
