Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across all business units of Boston Partners PLC. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills to drive sales performance and meet company targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s market reach.

  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up and customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

  • Handle major client negotiations and partnership agreements.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align sales initiatives with overall business strategies.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for team development.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.

  • Submit detailed sales activity and progress reports to the management.

  • Represent Boston Partners PLC in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities and industry developments.

  • Recommend innovative sales approaches and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or corporate services sector.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value accounts.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent presentation and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
