Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary & Receptionist to join our coffee export company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle communication and correspondence, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain     schedules,     appointments,     and     meeting     arrangements for management.

  • Prepare and organize company documents, reports, and filing systems.

  • Support office logistics, travel arrangements, and coordination with internal departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.

  • Assist with document translation, typing, and general office administration.

  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests.

  • Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or BA degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant (experience in export/import companies is an advantage).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic (spoken and written).

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
