To strengthen our technical capacity and ensure smooth machine operation, we are inviting qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Electro-Mechanical Technicians.

The Trainee Electro-Mechanical Technician will undergo structured practical training focusing on Boiler Machines, Production Line Machines, and Printing Machines used in carton manufacturing. The program is designed to equip trainees with the technical skills required for effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in installation, operation, and maintenance of:

• Boiler systems (steam generation, pumps, valves, and controls).

• Line machines (corrugator, slotter, folder-gluer, and cutting machines).

• Printer machines (flexo printing and die-cut units).

• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults in machinery.

• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and manuals.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Prepare maintenance reports and daily activity logs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: TVET Program, Diploma or B.Sc. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Automotive and related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of motors, gear systems, PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

  • Familiarity with industrial equipment such as boilers and printing machines is an advantage.

• Skills: Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication abilities.

• Attitude: Eager to learn, reliable, and safety-conscious.
